又失眠

五時卅六分,
大家也睡了至少四、五個小時,
我卻仍然睡不著!
搞什麼!

左轉右轉都不能入睡,
開電話玩砌圖玩到眼都痛,
關機,
睡......
五分鐘後,
又好精神!

再開機、
再玩、
再眼痛、
再關機、
再睡,
又醒!

唉......
無奈又無奈!

昨晚已經因為睡不著看完幾本之前還未看完的書,
今晚打機、玩電話、上 facebook、看書、調位訓、出廳訓、碌前碌後、望住老公、行出行入、飲水食生果、乜都好......
仍舊眼光光,
真係床前眼光光啦!

我是否在想東想西?
冇呀!
完全不覺得有什麼很 solid 的東西在運轉著,
只有一個念頭,
就是睡不著!

我好攰呀!
攰但又睡不著,
好無奈呀!

點呀???
想點呀!?!

天光啦!
真係想講粗口!

It happens to me sometime. I found if I drink tea/coffee a few hours before bedtime, I will wake up for no reason and couldn't get in sleep. Or if I dine out, the food have lots of MSG, I will wake up very easily too. Try to avoid these.

I do the following......, most of the time it works, but sometime it doesn't. You can try your luck.

Lay down on bed, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and exhale as slowly as you can, repeat it several time and do not force yourself to sleep. Then, tell yourself to relax, and don't think anything just focus on your own body and feel it. For example, focus on your toes and tell yourself to relax the muscle there, it might take 30 seconds or more, you will feel that part of muscle lighter; then try the other parts of your body, but do it in one direction,that means you cannot jump all over your body. I start from toe to head. I think some people start from head to toe.

I suggest you to take some yoga class. It will help you.

呀源呢掛都失眠,唉...(tell u more in msn later...) 其實最好係晚上'浸熱水浴’,如果屋企無浴缸就沖熱水涼,沖到個人’滾’,咁suppose 就會易d訓著,你試試啦!

66, I know what you are talking about. It's Yoga's relaxation method la~ I did take the course before and sometimes use this to relax too~

But it does not work always ...also, i avoid tea after 6pm la...and i don't drink coffee...May be it's the MSG sometimes, but will not be over weeks la...........

Take deep breath...relax...whatever...i tried them all over gar la~
Just can't sleep is can't sleep...
